At G2 Infrastructure, we work hard to cultivate a culture where our people and clients experience a positive, proactive, inclusive, safe, and respectful environment. We actively engage with our team to ensure our Respectful Workplace Policy is understood and embedded in everyday behaviour.

We maintain regular check-ins to support staff in achieving their professional and personal goals, providing training and opportunities for progression wherever possible. Open communication is encouraged across all levels of the business, fostering strong relationships and a cohesive, collaborative culture across every work crew on site.

Social Procurement

At G2 Infrastructure, we’re committed to driving meaningful social impact through active engagement with external social enterprises and a workplace culture built on inclusion, support, and continuous improvement in Social Procurement.

We are proud partners of Yarra Contracting, a Kinaway Chamber of Commerce–certified business.

As a Social Traders business member, we prioritise procurement through Social Traders, Supply Nation, and Kinaway to support Indigenous businesses and mission-driven social enterprises.

We take a proactive, people-first approach to inclusion and diversity. Our commitment extends to gender equity, apprenticeships and cadetships, Indigenous participation, and opportunities for disadvantaged jobseekers. We invest in our team through upskilling, tailored support for personal or non-work-related hardship, and strong advocacy for mental health awareness.

Sustainability

G2 Infrastructure is committed to the principles of ecological sustainability.

We actively seek ways to implement environmental and sustainable measures throughout the business. Examples include the 40mwh solar panel installation at head office, water harvesting, paper/cardboard & metal recycling, composting system and an energy efficient Australian made heat pump system.

We integrate economic, social and environmental goals into our policies and plans and ensure goals are achieved when undertaking our site projects.

G2 HSEQ Management System

At G2 Infrastructure, we’re committed to elevating project delivery through a culture of ongoing improvement and a non-negotiable focus on Safety, Quality, and Environmental stewardship.

Our operations are anchored by the G2 HSEQ Management System—our purpose-built, fully integrated framework certified to ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001. This system drives consistency, governance, and performance across every project touchpoint.

We operate predominantly through a paperless Mobile Quality Management System (MQMS), enabling our teams to capture, communicate, and action information in real time using tablets, phones, and laptops on site and at head office. This ensures rapid feedback loops, instant documentation, and seamless accessibility for all system users.
